Skinera is an innovative health tech start-up in the German dermatology sector, ushering in a new era of dermatological care. Our mission is to transform the way chronic diseases are treated by making long-term and comprehensive care more accessible than ever before. We offer a complete solution consisting of modern clinics, 24/7 tele-med and ongoing guidance through the Skinera app. We have raised more than $1.5M USD in pre-seed funding while still being in stealth mode.

I developed the initial concept and business model for skinera while hiring the founding team. In addition to the business aspects, this stage also required branding, app design, UI SaaS design, interior design for the clinic, and a pitch deck. The initial plan was to operate this company entirely remotely. However, a crucial change in the business model required the inclusion of physical clinics in Germany. This change necessitated the presence of the C-Level team on-site. Due to personal reasons, one of which is my newborn son, I decided against relocating and stepped back from the operational role.
I am proud to have helped create this venture and potentially helped people like me who suffer from long term skin conditions. With its new CEO Skinera is in most capable hands to succeed in a challenging market.
